THE YARN
Goes Botanical’s aims to design garments to wear skin too skin, so the choice to focus on superfine 140’s merino wool yarn became an essential aspect.
Choosing the most noble and thinneste fiber existing, garantees body thermo-regulation, transpiration and stretchines.
Quality and Longevity are the strnght underlying the collections. Superfine wool is a quality of 100% merino wool, obtained from the first shearing of the animal, always ensuring the care and absolute respect of every creature.
The worsted yarn is made through the selection of the softest and longest fibers.
The choice of a three-ply yarn and skein dyeing ensures exceptional quality and color consistency.
Goes Botanical wool is prepared in Biella, from the historic company Botto Giuseppe, a company which is a leader of the manufacturing tradition since 1876, rising at the foot of the Alps along the Strona river, where the purity of air and water forms an essential element to obtain the absolute quality of the yarns.
